Jana Francis | CEO, Co-Owner

Jana Francis has spent her career specializing in advertising, marketing, media sales and Internet marketing. Being an obsessive online deal shopper and termed by friends as the “dot com princess,” she launched the first website in the Steal Network family, BabySteals.com in April of 2008. After 6 months she was able to leave her 12-year career in the corporate world to work tirelessly to make Steal Network what it is today — a profitable company that runs three one-deal-a-day websites with over 40 full-time employees without investor capital or loans. KidCrawl.com was the logical next step given her constant desire to provide moms with the best deals online.

Jana has a hard working, tough as nails attitude and a down-to-earth yet aggressive spunk. Raised in Park City, Utah, Jana lives with her husband and three great kids in Salt Lake City.

Rett Clevenger | Co-Owner

Rett Clevenger has over 12 years of e-commerce experience building, managing and marketing web sites within multi-channel environments. His career began at Northwest River Supplies building a retail-focused web site to compliment the mail order catalog and two B2B web sites to support the wholesale and rescue/government agency divisions.

Rett then focused his attention on internet marketing and joined Coldwater Creek as their Sr. Search and Affiliate Analyst. After 2 years, he was recruited by Backcountry.com and moved to Park City, Utah, to serve as the Online Media Manager where he was responsible for New Media, Affiliate and Portal (Amazon.com / Shop.com) channels. During his 4 years at Backcountry.com, his team increased revenue 534% from $9.1mm to $58mm generating a combined total revenue of $88mm.

Rett is now the co-founder and CEO of Steal Network, a marketing and ecommerce company that operates One Deal A Day websites catering toward women. In just over 2 years, he has built Steal Network into a profitable company with over 35 fulltime employees without investor capital or loans. Steal Network currently operates three websites all with steady growth and amazing retention rates.

In addition to having a solid track record achieving double digit growth for all the programs under his management, he brings an aggressive yet humble personality filled with optimism and passion. Beyond his career, Rett is an accomplished mountaineer and enjoys whitewater kayaking, telemark skiing, wind surfing and nearly anything that gets adrenaline flowing. Rett resides in Park City, Utah, with his wife and three children. He received his Bachelors Degree in Marketing from the University of Idaho in 1999.

Mark Silliman | Co-Owner

Mark Silliman is the Founder and CEO of Spadout.com. He’s best known for single-handedly developing web crawlers that allow Spadout & KidCrawl to monitor prices on every retailer without the need for datafeeds. This made Spadout.com the leading price comparison site in the outdoor industry and converted over 8 figures in sales in 2009.

He grew Spadout from a one-person operation to 14 employees in three years with no investor capital or loans. Mark teamed up with Jana & Rett to utilize his technology in the baby / kid industry.

He resides in Bend, Oregon, and is also a proud father and husband.
