Reservoirs come in unique sizes normally ranging from 25 to 100 fluid ounces. Reservoirs are sold separately so you can place them in any compatible backpack.

Shut-Off Switch - many reservoirs have shut-off switches allowing you to stop water from flowing through the tube without opening the valve. Reservoirs that do not have shut-off switches tend to leak.

Bite Valve - Bite valves release water when you bite down on it.

Compression Valve - Compression valves release water when you press your teeth or tongue against the valve.

Hose Clip - Hose Clip is attached to the pack and holds your bladder's drinking tube in place while you are not drinking.
