2009-07-25 | Rossignol Scope Snowboard by chmell3 Good: Great value for such a high quality board, Rossignol really knows what they're doing. Bad: Not the best board for carving, and requires quite a bit of waxing for backcountry riding.

2009-04-18 | Quiksilver That's IT That's All by Cdubbz27 Good: Best Video I have ever seen, by far, nothing bad i can say about this, has everything from back country, to Japan, to New Zealand, to Back Yard fun, the music is dope, and the filming is even better especially when they use the same cameras as the "Planet Earth" Series Bad: There are None Alternatives: Can't recommend nething, nothing beats this video yet |

2009-04-07 | Ride Crush by fastborder Good: A little stiffer than the www, and easy to press. Has a rad center balance point, and handles well.
Bad: not that good at high speeds, and felt a little out of control in slop. Alternatives: jibtastical, pow, and all over mountain jibbin. |

2009-03-27 | K2 Sonic Bindings by SwedishSantac Good: Resistand and solid bindning for all kind of boarders.
Works in all weather and mountain conditions.
It has a soft base wich is good for park-jumps and boardercross. Bad: I cant see any bad things with this binding, it is just perfekt for me. Alternatives: K2 Formula

2009-03-16 | Burton Deuce Snowboard by COBoarder Good: This year I got serious about boarding and started going 2-3 times a month on average, sometimes more. I have the snowboarding basics down pretty well but got tired of the beginner rental boards and wanted to progress. So I got the 2009 Burton Deuce 159 with Burton Mission bindings on Friday. I spent Saturday and Sunday riding at Copper Mountain, CO and had an absolute blast on this board. The board take about 5 minutes to get the feel for and then you good. By the end of the weekend I was starting to hit the terrain park, take jumps on the runs, and even go into the trees. Awesome board, good at manuevering tight spots, very forgiving when you know you messed up on an edge. Bad: None yet

2009-02-25 | Burton Emerald Boot by vasoula Good: Warm, Easy to put on & out, stable, but soft to the foot. Excellent, I wear it 3 seasons now (aprox. 60 times), and I'll wear it even more. Great, great, great buy. I also have the LEXA plum biddings. |

2009-02-22 | K2 Brigade Snowboard by treepiste Good: Sturdy base & edges, subdued graphics, mine's WIIIIIDE (163-W) and loves to float on powder daze. Would be great as a beginner to intermediate board. Bad: A little on the floppy side, highspeed carving is chattery & not very smooth on this board, but it does great in the trees & bumps. Alternatives: High Society Empire or Twilight, K2 Podium |

2009-02-15 | Arbor Eden Snowboard - Women's by jesseleah Good: This board is all-around awesome. It holds edge in some of the gnarliest east coast conditions, and floats through powder. It tears it up in the park too, great flex, pop, and response. This board is fun and playful for almost any level rider. Alternatives: also check out Arbor's Cadence and Arbor's Push |

2009-01-21 | Nitro Team Snowboard by DavidFreewell Good: Me: Riding experience - 8 years
Current boards: Ride DH 59, Burton Custom 157 , and Nitro Team 157
I ride the 2008 version and got the 157cm - super sweet ride - good pop for kickers and yet stiff enough to go really fast- really forgiving on landings and overall can compare it to the Burton Custom - at half the price -
I was skeptical about the FH base, but it is something else - definitely feels faster than my custom Bad: hmmm- not really anything- i mean a free board could be good hahaha- I am happy what I paid - 279.99 and it comes with a 2 yr warranty vs the norm 1 yr - Alternatives: I Ride the Burton custom - so if you want burton, go for that, but you pay for a brand name- I Ride both and I Think this has a better feel than the custom - a friend recommended it to me- now I recommend to someone else - im out- |

2009-01-13 | Roxy Eminence Btx Snowboard - Women's by jesepede Good: If you are familiar with banana tech, then you know you need this board, made by mervin,lib,gnu...Roxy,magna trac..I will never ride old skool again Bad: none... Alternatives: (Recommended Alternatives)anything lib tech....get on a banana! |

2009-01-09 | Forum Recon Boot - Men's by RyanSh0ckz Good: I bought these boots because my last years burton motos were too small. I ended up wearing them to a "jib n jam" competition and damaged a nerve in my foot. I went to my local shop and found these, and loved the way they look. I have the 09 recon pattern (blue black and white) and love them. Sadly, my left foot is still asleep because of the nerve problem, and breaking these in didnt help any.. but after about a week i was fine. Im a park rider and these do fine. Bad: Of course with any equipment, if your a snowboard instructor, expect the edges to take some nics and chunks out. The front top of the rubber is peeling on my right boot because a kids edges went into it =/ Alternatives: Burton motos, Burton hails, DC the parks. |

2008-11-27 | Burton Freestyle Snowboard Binding by RyanSh0ckz Good: Durable, true to size. The 2009's come with a cap strap, but i have the 08s. Overall they're nice. Strong ratchets, comfortable padding. Bad: A little too flexible for my liking, but hey, its for freestyle. Alternatives: Burton p1, and many others. Whatever suits your riding. |
