Review by climbhigher Good Features  The tigershark is a carving ski with a shape of 124-79-108 its really not been designed to rip out in the powder. Full wood core with 2 sheets of titanium. This is a good ride for the advanced all mountain skier who likes to ride the whole mountain. The tail of the ski leaves the rider having an aggressive turn to turn which gives a really fun ride. You can take this ski out when a little snow has fallen and it is a nice ride when there is some fluffy stuff. Bad Features  There are no real complaints the front shovel doesn't seem to grab as much as some skis and but this is just a minor issue and just means the ski must be ridden slightly differently. Recommended Alternatives  If this ski is slightly too much ski for you check out the Tigershark 10 foot, Dynastar also produces many nice all mountain setups.

This luxury ride potential comes in the form of Power Switch Technology, the world's first onboard ski power adjustment. Near the tail of the ski you'll see a little round power switch that connected to dual carbon fiber rods encased inside full-length tuning tubes that run along the TigerShark 12 Foot's edges. Last season replaced the integrated Marker Motion AT Racing Binding on their top-of-the-line skis with a new Marker Motion iPT 12.0 Piston Binding for exceptional power transmission and sensitivity. It's a lighter binding design that improves the ski flex through an improved Motion system. The iPT stands for "internal power transmission" because unlike previous Marker Motion bindings, this one is built into the ski, created the most rigid connection ever developed for this binding line. Because the sides of the binding interface rest directly on top of the TigerShark 12 Foot Extended Double Grip construction, you can apply more pressure directly over the ski edges. This gives you better response with the same lively feel that quickly rebounds through the perfectly rounded ski flex in each turn.
