Outstanding holding power. Spin it 90 degrees and it'll work just like an ATC, or use the grooves and it will lock ridiculously solidly. Far simpler and overall better high-friction device than, say, an ATC XP. Similar price to an ATC, so why waste your money on a less versatile device when the Jaws is so much better?
