windstoper (designed by gore) virtually water proof just not seem sealed. i've worn it for 3 hours straight in NASTY, CATS AND DOG, rain and was completely dry underneath. the soft shell also works great for when i mountain bike and since the north face relocated the pockets it now works better for venting |
