Cred: 2509 | | This jacket is bomber! Mountaineering, skiing, ice climbing. This does it all. I've taken a fall that tore my gore tex pants, but this jacket was unscathed. Water just flows off it! Pit zips offer excellent ventilation and the gore-tex is very breathable, however the thick nylon of the shell which causes the jacket to be so rugged does make the jacket warmer and less breathable than other shell options. I never liked the zip in shells so this is perfect. Alpine pockets are conveniently accessible |
| I have found these sealed zippers stick sometimes. The more i use it the less it sticks. |
