Good Features
I found these shows to be a good choice for high end training shoe with them being very comfortable so I had no problem wearing them for long lengths of time. As my foot swells as the ride lengthens the shoes fit can be easily adjusted. Not having to rely on Velcro with the ratchet mechanism is always good which makes me feel more secure to my bike. The shoe features good ventilation with toe mesh. I found this stiff sole allows for excellent power transfer. The shoe is worth the money and I would recommend it to other riders out there.

Bad Features
The only downfall is that the shoes are slightly heavier then many of it's competitors models.

Recommended Alternatives
A comparable shoe with a little less cost is the SixSixOne Peak.
