Keeps your bag smelling...well better than it would without this. Does add warmth, though not sure about 15+ deg. Comfortable and feels good to the touch. Light and packs down really small.
Tended to get twisted with me, but I am fairly restless sleeper. Otherwise it didn't have any problems that I could find
im not sure about adding 15 degrees to a sleeping bag but it does the job. oh, and the cat hair it attracts like a magnet doesnt come off in the washer/dryer.
