Easy to clean.
Good filtration.
Lightweight.
What more do you want from a filter?
Before actual use, I found it essential to "prime" the purifier at home with (clean) water under a higher pressure faucet flow to get it to be filled with water first & get rid of air within the filter. Then I put it in a plastic bag & take the whole system out on my hiking trip & the filter works well. Also, the tubing from the unpurified water bag needs to be filled with (unpurified) water first before attaching it to the filter to get rid of air in the tubing that would slow the flow through the filter. The video on Sawyer's website explains that process well. It does take closer to 45mins-1 hour to filter 4 liters than the "15 mins" mentioned here, but that does depend on how clean your water source is & how high you can elevate the dirty water bag above the clean water bag.
Nada. None. Zip.
