This is definitly a cross country race fork it's also easy to adjust, understand, and maintain. The weight is amazing especially when you consider how stiff this fork is. Very plush without dampening, stiff as hell with dampening pressure. The ability for this fork to be adjusted are fantastic and cover a huge range. I found the laterial torsional rigidity to be fantastic.

The fork can give you some noticable flex if your a heavier rider I would stay away from it.
