the 409 u-turn is very versatile. the remote lockout works great and is really useful when attacking a big hill. the adjustment is advertised as 100-130mm of travel, but realistically mine is more like 115-145, which in my opinion is much better. if riding xc, an extra 15mm of travel wont hurt and 145mm of travel is all-mountain-worthy and lets you eat up big jumps or drops really well
theres no cable mounting which isnt a big deal but its the little things that add up. the u-turn travel adjust takes quite a few turns to crank up but also allows for all of the options between 115-145mm
