Good basic ascender. Works well as a hand ascender for caving if your trying to cut weight and dont want to carry the extra weight of a handled ascender.

I hate petzls thumb catch things to open the cams.

Perfect for self belayed top roping.

Cheaper than a full ascender but without the handle, so it should paired with a handled ascender.

Great for use with a chest harness. Easy to use thumb catch.
