The Pearl Izumi Cyclone Toe Covers are great foot protection on cold days.  They are constructed from AmFIB stretch and AmFIB-Block fabrics for both wind and water resistance.  There is a finger loop on the bottom for easy on & off and a durable rubber sole.  The toe covers have a microfleece lining for extra warmth and reflective piping for added visibility.  They are recommended for road shoes with external cleats.
