Great features such as chest pocked, reduced bulk at harness line and cuffs, and asymmetric zipper at the neck/chin. The balaclava style hood is a clutch feature for long trips with varied conditions/temperatures/activities. |
| Expensive. The fit is "athletic" so it is cut slim and form-fitting. I recommend trying before you buy or ordering multiple sizes. The "low bulk" material does not hold up well to abrasion. I've had to patch a tiny hole by one of the thumb loops. |
| For reference I am 5' 10", 150#, 38 chest, 30 waist and this is Almost a Perfect fit. I have enough room for a lightweight layer underneath. If the fit is an issue, try the Cloudveil Run Don't Walk Hoody or hoodies made by OR, Mammut, etc. |

| Pricey. If you shop around you'll find it for around $100. After wearing it so much and really liking it, I wouldn't mind paying full price. |
| I Think TNF makes something very similar, but I haven't tried it. |

Cred: 188 | | balaclava fit; monkey thumb holes; warm; stretchy athletic fit that breathes; great mid or base layer |
| expensive; abrasion causes holes easily if not careful |
|
Cred: 24 | | Incredibly versatile, I have used it as a light insulation layer, a heavy baselayer and a ninja costume |
| having the hood down while the hood on my rainshell is up can be a little annoying |
