Cred: 28184 | | If you are finding yourself getting cold in low output activities this is a good choice for you. The massive amounts of baffles allow the down to stay in place while you play. It layers really well and is snug enough not to hinder and bulk up when it's layered beneath a shell. |
| The jacket has a high cost associated with it which is not a nice feature but you really are getting a high quality garment for what you are paying. |

Cred: 1451 | | Review by Keese on Dec. 19, 2007 | | It weighs nothing at all. The jacket is super warm, and weighs less than a cotton tshirt. Perfect jacket to leave at the bottom of your pack or as an extra warmth layer. |
| Its so light, I am worried about it getting ripped or damaged, anytime I brush up against anything. |

Cred: 165 | | Super warm and lightweight. I was warm wearing it and a t-shirt walking the dog in the snow. The narrower baffles help keep the loft in place and make it less puffy. |

Cred: 9 | | Great jacket, very light weight, when not is use it can easily be stuffed in to a small pocket on by backpack. Completely wind proof, it will also stand up to a light rain and still keep you warm. |
| I wish the shoulders were reinforced with a tougher material that can take backpack abuse. |
| I found nothing else that works as well as this jacket.
Marmot Zeus is also great, however it is slightly bulkier and heavier and at least for me it was restricting my shoulders when worn under a hard shell. |

Cred: 9 | | Love this jacket. Basically, it is a super light weight super warm down sweater that keeps you outside longer. A great aspect is the warranty involved with Patagonia products so you really don't have to worry about taking it too easy on the jacket. Use and abuse! |
| a little pricey but worth it for the warranty. |

Cred: 9 | | Review by ted514 on Apr. 23, 2011 | | The best lightweight puffy made. The windproof fabric coupled with the 800 fill down make this jacket extremely warm for its weight. One of the most versatile pieces I own. Get 1, or 2. |
| The material near the chin on the inside of the collar might end up wearing through if you have coarse beard stubble. I put a piece of tape on mine to protect it. Don't get it near any flames. It will melt, and quickly. |

| Some of the colors I did not like all that much and stains easily |

Cred: 15 | | I use it either with or without a shell, this jacket is awesome. Super light, very warm and I love how it changes temps. |
| Seems to run kinda big on me not sure why. |
