I have used this tool time and time again. Park tools are made of the highest quality. I have tried other brands of bike tools and have choosen PARK over all others.
I have honestly not found anything I do not like about this tool.
I use Almost all of Parks tool line. I am a home mechanic, which translates into me fixing all my friends bikes as well as my own. I have built a large collection of tools.
This tool is an indispensable part of my tool box. It makes pulling cranks a breeze. No beating and banging which scratches things up. I build and fix bikes as a hobby and would not be able to so without Park Tools.
When the little swivel tip broke off it did not effect the function of the tool at all.
