This is a great, durable technical expedition/day pack. Feels like it has much more than 2,300 cubic inches it claims. Weight is not bad at just under 3 lbs. Fabric is light, tough and durable. Inside pocket for water bladder is nice, ice axe loops are essential as well as the 3 haul loops. A removable top lid makes this a versatile pack as well as a bivy pad in the back panel. I used this pad so many times after a long climb to relax on the summit blocks.

I love this pack. Nothing much to complain about. I think a helmet net would be nice on top somewhere.

I also own an Osprey Variant technical winter pack. The Variant is an awesome technical pack for winter adventures such as mountaineering, ice climbing and back country skiing.
