i love using my nalgene when i work out, but consequently i would be running or whatever and spill water all over my self. The splash guard saves me! Its great!
It does what it's supposed to, i haven't had any trouble!
for other water bottle types you can find other types of splash guards, be careful not to buy the wrong kind.
