Cred: 353 | | one of my favorite msr stoves.light weight-soild construction-easy to prime-stand legs slide around easy but not so easy that your stove is unstable. seems to cool fast and really nice control over heat-hose is flexable;making it easy to set up with bottle attached |
| noting bad to say about this stove;all around one of the best |

Cred: 23 | | Very simple to use, extremely reliable and lightweight. I had a hard time deciding what stove when I was first getting into backpacking. There are many alternatives but I have never regretted this one. Sips fuel as well, I always overestimate what I will need. The included windshield works well and is quick. |
| None at the deals you can get on it at present. For the price its great. |
| Would Look at the whisper lite just because of the fuel advantage and the wider variety of fuels it burns. That said it is not as adjustable. |

| simmering capability could be better as it is named as such but it simmers way better than my old model XGK |
