first of all mountain house dehydrated foods are great, just add hot water, wait and enjoy right out of the bag.. especially good on cold nights when you can stick the bag under your coat for warmth

Tasted pretty good and had plenty in it.

Not the most nutritious thing out there, but for a quick easy meal it works

it's rice and chicken alright

not as good as fresh, but if you're hungry..it's really really not bad.

Dehydrate your own!
