Good Features
If you are going to be finding your self in an area with cold weather in the forecast this is a solid contender for your number one pick as a mid layer. The jacket can be thrown on and you all of a sudden feel like you climbed into your sleeping bag.
Bad Features
I personally could have done without the chest pocket but thats just me.
Recommended Alternatives
I would recommend a jacket made from this same Polartec Thermal Promaterial but if this one doesn't fit you well find something with a different cut.

amazing insulator, and super comfy. i wear this thing all the time. the chest pocket is useful and its well designed and built. the zipper has a little covering so when its up on your chin and mouth its not cold. a couple of nice touches which make this jacket great.
Bad Features
not so great in wind. very porous, but not really a problem as its usually a mid layer.

SUPER FUZZY MONKEY PHUR (gotta love the name)
trust me you will get complements and looks

I like the pocket I put my cell in it while not on the mountain.

Did I say it looks great! its also nice and tight fitting.
Bad Features
as fb pointed out doesn't stop wind, you can actually see light through it when held up to a light source.

Recommended Alternatives
I haven't seen any comparable fuzziness!
