Cred: 531 | | incredibly lightweight, and incredibly warm! the hood is a fantastic feature, too. perfect for both cool/cold dry days AND under a shell when mother nature dumps the white stuff on you. |
| not necessarily bad, but montbell used 15-denier nylon instead of the more common 40-. makes for a super light jacket, but a little more vulnerable to tearing/puncturing. |

| The Montbell Thermawrap Parka is an incredibly well designed synthetic insulated jacket. The construction is impeccable and it is warmer than I expected. The shell material is quieter than other synthetics I have tried. Overall, I can't wait to get this thing out in the mountains! |
