The Minoura VFS-G or Variable Fluid System- Gravity Frame offers smooth & quiet training in a Fluid + Magnetic hybrid trainer. The fluid side features an internal vane system that delivers an exponential power curve simulating the feel of a head wind on an actual ride. The magnetic system accelerates the total power curve for building muscle. New Gravity frame supports your bike with the expanded step-bar and freely movable pillars that allow you to move with your bike on the trainer without worrying about damage to your bike frame. Frame provides automatic pressure adjustiment of the roller to the rear tire for minimizing tire slippage and premature tire wear. The rear wheel is compressed to the roller with your own weight, so roller pressure to the tire is adjusted automatically and troublesome adjustments will become a thing of the past. Frame fits wheel sizes from 26" to 29".
