Good all around board to work on. I have a woody at my house and still find the hang-board useful.
Holds are all straightforward, nothing too exciting.
So ill has a board that is pretty much the same for half the price. http://www.soillholds.com/

Huge variety of holds, ranging from tiny crimps to deep jugs. The material holds up to every day use and if it ever gets too dirty all you have to do is toss it in the dishwasher. Great to play on when bored at home or recovering from an injury.
This board is pricey and big, make sure you check for the space before purchasing.
The Metolius Simulator 3D is the new model, including even more holds, slightly larger.
