padding is great
great gear loops, they never get in the way
the buckles are great cause you only need to thread them once
great for belaying or hanging
not the most light weight, but not heavy either
i would suggest a lighter harness for Intense sport climbing
I've been using this simply because my boyfriend has it as an extra one. the padding is okay, but other than that, it's not so great.
It hurts really bad! Definitely the worst harness I have ever used. Also, it is always getting tangled, and it takes forever to figure out which way it goes. I don't reccommend it at all.
