| La Sportiva Katana - Women's 4.4 out of 5 based on 9 user reviews.
Cred: 443 | | great climbing shoe, very easy on and off, sticky soles, aggressive profile, narrow heel for men or women that have that problem with other shoes (i know a lot of guys who wear the women's katanas), i actually have two pair now... the first pair i even had resoled! great for bouldering and shorter sport or trad routes. |
| can't think of any bad points from my own personal experience given what they were made for. have done long days on multi-pitch trad routes, but would recommend a more comfortable lace up for something like that. get a little rank if you don't clean em with a deoderizing/antibacterial spray every so often, but that pretty much goes for any climbing shoe. |
| whatever fits you best, try before you buy! |

Cred: 32 | | Review by sduff on Apr. 07, 2008 | | easy to get on, very decent edges, heel fit me well, aggressive cut |
| wore for a month and only then (when too late to return) did they suddenly start feeling too small and pinching nerves in my toes |
|
Cred: 5 | | great fitting shoe if you have a small heel, very aggressive for heel hooks and tiny features, stayed fairly true to size. |
| definitely pinchy for long trad routes, i would recommend these for sport climbs and shorter trad, but a comfier pair for long multi-pitch. |

Cred: 5 | | These shoes are awesome! Didn't have the option of trying them on before purchase so I ordered two different sizes. I wear a women's 8 in Nike shoes, ended up settling on the 39.5 and they fit perfectly. Hope this helps! |

|
Cred: 3 | | very aggressive toe makes its easy to get into small cracks |
| somewhat tight but i'm sure they'll stretch over time |
|
Cred: 7 | | Lots of stretch after use. |
