Quick setup, roomy, great price. Perfect three season tent. Have used from 80 down to 20 and with no problems. When it gets cold just throw on the rain cover. You will have some condensation but nothing unmanageable in my experience. Would recommend the footprint. I have always used it and they are a great way to prolong the life of your tents.

A tad heavy for backpacking but hey you want to sleep three right?

Haven't used anything even close to as nice for a 3 person tent so you'll have to read other reviews if your interested in something else.
