Fits regular drop-out forks with clearance problems such as disc brake caliper coming in contact with rack. It raises your fork up approximately 3 inches above your rack. Fits all fork-mounted racks including Thule, Yakima, Rocky Mounts, etc. This is for regular quick release forks with disc brake mounts.
