| Grivel G12 Crampon 4.9 out of 5 based on 11 user reviews.
Cred: 2509 | | great all around crampons. More aggressive and longer front points than other equivalent crampons. Excellent on vertical ice Does it all. Have the new-matics, and i've never had a problem. |
| more aggressive secondary points would be nice to make this crampon even more versatile. |
| Sabertooths from BD, but i would rate these better than the sabertooths for shorter flatter frontpoints and comparable weight. |

Cred: 4460 | | Great all around crampon, works well on vertical ice and slogging on a glacier. Get the antibot plates! I have the bails not straps. |
| Secondary points could be more aggressive for vertical ice without sacrificing mountaineering advantages |

Cred: 584 | | Great mountaineering crampon. Attached easily to my Scarpa Invernos with the semi-automatic configuration. Didn't need th extender bar, despite a size 11.5 boot. Despite the picture these do come with anti-botts. |
| I Think for general mountaineering any flexible crampon will get you to the top of the mountain in style. Just make sure to have anti-botts to keep the snow from sticking. |
