| Granite Gear Nimbus Meridian 4.5 out of 5 based on 2 user reviews.
 Cred: 262 | | Light.
More than adequate padding in shoulder and hip straps as well as back.
Side pockets and main compartment swallow so much gear I rarely take top pouch.
Top pouch doubles as hip pack for peak bagging or slack packing.
Top and front access makes for extremely easy access to all gear.
I have carried as little as 15lbs and up to 45lbs in this pack very comfortably. |
| Thin fabric allows for a very lumpy backpack so care in packing is a must.
Top straps (grey) could be longer to make better use of the thumb loops.
Side compression straps go over exterior pocket making them nonuseable for quick access (easy solution is to not cinch them).
I wish it had a double zipper down the front like the Lattitude to further open up. |

Cred: 26 | | This is my go to winter pack. The spaciousness combined with the low weight makes this one a no brainer. The top lid is perfect for those things you need to get to in a hurry. Great pack. |
| Back is a little sweaty. In fact that is my only complaint with all of the Granite Gear packs I have. A granite gear set up with the Granite Gear weight and a back design like the Osprey would be the best pack on the planet. |
