I am eyeing this for size to space ratio. For a touch more weight (few ounces) you get versatility: you can take others with you. Only one pole needed too.

Little costly. Lest it is guyed up, pole location doesn't make this a true 3 person shelter.

I am looking to compliment a super-stable 3.5 season tent I've had for a decade of fall/winter use. Alternatives are tarps and more expensive brands.
