Good Features
This piece is strong there are not buts about that and at the price your paying for it really you can't go wrong. The cups are thick and wide just shows you the strength this PIG has. The ball bearings in the lowers are nice big and smooth, roll very nicely especially if you keep it greased.
Bad Features
Well at this price you’re not getting something sealed so it takes a bit more to take care of it. It also can be considered on the heavy side but really what can you expect at this price.
Recommended Alternatives
You can always step it up to the FSA Pig DH Pro.

All the strength and durability you'd expect from FSA's "Pig", but built to accomodate the new OnePointFive oversize headtube/fork standard. If you're looking for the strongest headset possible for your 1.5 bike, this is the one. It uses two forged chromoly cups with a deep 21mm headtube insertion. Oversize 1/4" ball bearings are used in both the top and bottom cups. Even the crown race is forged chromoly steel.
Package includes a laser etched aluminum top cap.
