Good Features The first S in SCS stands for beginner. The SCS's are the entry level skate ski from Fischer. They will work for mellow touring, or learning to skate but the SCS are nothing when compared to their RCS cousins. Bigger, heavier, less well designed these skis are good for rocks or learning. Bad Features The skate cut was discontinued for a reason. |

Fischer's SC SkateCut Skis take advantage of the same RaceFinish, Aircore, and PowerEdge technology as Fischer's top end racing skis at a fraction of the price. A thicker sidewall means even your beginning high school racer won't trash these in the first couple seasons, and they'll have plenty of performance to grow into. Enjoy the sensation of speeding alongside the other racers on the SC SkateCut, secure in the knowledge you have cash to spare. Was this useful? Yes | No |
