Packs small and compact,
easy to blow up either with or without the add on schnozzel,
easy to deflate and pack up,
comfortable,
size is perfect for me being a 5' 2" female.

A tad on the heavier side being just over a pound - doesn't fit my definition for an ultralight pad by any means. But for comfort with back problems, I'm overlooking that.
