Tasty. Used these in an Ironman until they started giving me stomach cramps, but at that point anything besides liquid was doing that so i dont blame the bloks.

Can't have dry mouth. They get hard to chew.

Blueberry is super tasty. Work great.

Get a bit sticky if you don't eat them all in a reasonable time.

if you get a ton of exercise these are the perfect snacking item.
