| Phenomenal product. I bought the Thudbuster ST because a herniated disc was making road riding a serious pain. The suspension excels at eating up cracks, uneven rough pavement and the general buzz of riding on pavement at all. Very smooth engagement and rebound. I'm really impressed with the pivoting design as it doesn't reduce your seat height when it compresses, instead just effectively rotating your seat backwards a bit relative to the bottom bracket. |
| It is heavier, so be aware of that. But do the full calculations of what percent the added weight is relative to you+bike... 0.2% for me... a happy back is definitely worth a 0.2% increase in weight. |
