I have hammered this pack hard, and its taken everything beautifully. After three years of hiking, camping, field schools, carrying heavy gear on digs, and toting books around campus, and not a stitch has popped. It fits well, has good circulation in the back, and the padding in the shoulders is still firm and consistent - no loss of padding in the right shoulder like usually happens to my packs. Also, while not waterproof, it is weather resistant: I have had no choice but to leave it in snowbanks and mud several times, and everything inside has stayed dry. I adore it, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good hiking pack.
Mine is a lighter blue, which shows dirt sooner, but otherwise, nothing to complain about.

This a very durable bag for the price. I bought mine a couple years ago and use it just about everyday. It shows no sign of wear so far. It is very comfortable both when worn casually, or fully stapped at the sternum and waist. With the hydration bag removed, it is very light. The pack also hugs tight to the body. I used to caving and had no trouble fitting through tight spots. It has a portal for headphones to pass through from the secondary compartment. Two mesh outside pockets.
Space can be limited in the main compartment when you have a full hydration bag.

insulated pocket for the bladder, side straps cinch it up so it works for everything from a quick hike to a lightly packed overnight trip. Mine has survived 2 years of constant use (hiking, biking, and text books) and shows virtually no wear.
Somehow mine ended up with a slit in the bite valve soon after I bought it, but it was less than $5 to fix

Just enough space for the essentials.
Bite valve could be more durable.
A lil' short for 6fters.
