| Black Diamond Stopper Set 4.6 out of 5 based on 59 user reviews.
Cred: 229 | | nice color coding, always slot well |
| tapered or flared nuts i.e. dmm or metolius work better in ne rock |
Cred: 212 | | Got these last year. They have been really solid. They haven't moved once placed and are not difficult to remove. |
| The smaller sizes don't have the same weight ratings as the larger sizes. I prefer the Black Diamond Swedges. |

Cred: 422 | | Review by roytse on Aug. 09, 2008 | | Solid and sturdy, easy to wedge |
| Missing a few in between sizes. Also, wedge shape is generally okay but I would like more angles. |
Cred: 2509 | | light solid and sturdy. Easy to identify. Simple to place. Your standard set of stoppers with a wide range. |
| wallnuts
matolius Curve nuts |
Cred: 27 | | Place well, and remove relatively easily. Curve shape can sometimes fit a crystal better. |
| Nothing really wrong with them, I prefer others more. |
| I prefer Tom Frost's Sentinel Stoppers with the long slings. They seem more secure and remove easier than the BD. |
 Cred: 1306 | | Review by MikePB on Feb. 27, 2011 | | inexpensive. A great first set of nuts. |
| does not bite as well as some other nuts. |
| DMM Wallnuts have a better bite, but can be harder to remove for second. |

Cred: 1250 | | i received the 1-13 set for a birthday present. sense then i have used them twice to this date. they fit well and seem to want to stay in place. |
| sizes 1 and 2 are only rated to 2KN. |
Cred: 189 | | Its a good package with a wide range, from 4-13 which makes it a good all set to keep handy. |
| Not the lightest stoppers you'll find but for the price its more than worthwhile. |
Cred: 17 | | great solid gear took a 6 foot fall on a #5 held up very nice after i got it out of the rock only minor scracthes |
Cred: 26 | | Super solid placements, can take large loads, on the 6-13, 10 Kn each, Anodized |
Cred: 36 | | I have one set pre anodized and must admit that I like the collor coding |
| Beener included is decorative and not load bearing, good for the garage or trash. |
Cred: 9 | | Great peice of gear, affordable, great color coding. Seats well in sandstone and granite. |
| Get beat up fairly easily |
Cred: 5 | | Easiest small pro to place. You can get replacements at pretty much any shop that sells climbing gear say if you have to leave your #9 at a bail-off point. |
| If you buy the classic set (5-11) it comes with a non-climbing carabiner. |
Cred: 464 | | standard stopper shape, good value |
Cred: 484 | | Havne't used them much but am roundly told that as I build my rack I need these. |
Cred: 434 | | You can't buy better than these. They work great and you save money buying the set. |
Cred: 52 | | the metal is a little soft meaning that a nut tool puts little gouges in it |
Cred: 358 | | Great stoppers, stackable in sticky situations |
| heavier than newer style ( i have the old ones) |
Cred: 169 | | best in the biz, now color coded! |
Cred: 5 | | color coding makes for easy selections. |
| I could always go for bigger sizes. |
| I have also used ABCs copies and they're virtually identical for the same price. |
