Collapse small enough to fit inside a pack. I use these for splitboarding so their short length when collapsed is great. The straps and grips are comfortable. The hook built into the grip for pulling up heel risers works well.
A little heavy, but the packability outweighs that small negative.
With the cork handles, the cork came apart after 4 days of constant use. After the trip(10 days) they seized up after storing them. Also the suspension system stopped working.
