Good Features
This used to be a no frills harness. No padding, no clips on the leg loops, no belay loop. That was a purely mountaineering or simply a cheap harness.
Bad Features
I would go with the momentum over this every time.

Good Features
the fleece on the waist belt and the width of the straps make this harness really comfortable
Bad Features
the thing that annoys me with this harness is that it takes a while to put on and the leg straps can get twisted up because they aren't buckled since you undo the buckle to take off the harness.
Recommended Alternatives
if you're looking for a good beginner harness go with the momentum AL over the bod
