I bought this harness for caving, as it has huge leg loops and a padded belt which makes it comfortable to sit in while you do long rappels and while ascending. Tall guys may find it a little hard to adjust since the leg loops dont lengthen. It gets uncomfortable while walking around, and more than a couple times I've had it shift around while belaying and then find myself squealing like a choir boy when my partner takes a fall. If you're about 6'0" you might want to Look for something a little more adjustable.
Very light and compact-able. The padding makes it a lot more comfortable than other alpine harnesses. I now wear for sport and trad climbing as well as alpine; and its great! Only time I would not wear it is for bolting or route work where you are hanging all day off the harness. The leg loop clips are a great feature!
the fleece on the waist belt and the width of the straps make this harness really comfortable
the thing that annoys me with this harness is that it takes a while to put on and the leg straps can get twisted up because they aren't buckled since you undo the buckle to take off the harness.
if you're looking for a good beginner harness go with the momentum AL over the bod
