I own the BA Seedhouse SL1 and absolutely love the thing. I hiked 1/2 of the Appalachian Trail with the tent and wound up in large pudles frequently. The bathtube floor is key!!!
Tent is the perfect size for camping with two sons (ages 9 and 7). We have spent several nights in below freezing/high wind conditions. The fly has kept the wind out and we have not had any condensation problems. Love it for the size/weight.
Vestibule is a little small, not much room for anything more than boots.
While I love my Seedhouse SL3, I would consider the Emerald Mountain SL3. See picture for side by side setup.
