Intuitively easy use, light weight, clear plastic allows user to spot items, good weight/volume ratio

Could be lighter, supposedly bears in the ADK can open this container

Bearikade if you can afford it, or Ursack if you're in not in the ADK's or near Yosemite.

Even if there are no bears , this cannister keeps your food safe from all animal activity . Marmots will go hungry and you can leave all you food safe at your high camp !

Heavy and bulky . Oh well .........

Easy to use. Fits in most packs. Makes a nice seat. Top makes a descent frisbee. Great protection from bears AND little mice that can get into your ursack.

Heavy, expensive.

I have the BV450 (smaller by about 1/3). It's light but sturdy. It's see-through.

Theoutside is slippery and hard to lash down to the outside of a pack.
