This is the best piece of climbing clothing I own, hands down. I own an xs in red, I am 5'7" 118 lbs. I've owned mine over a year and take it out every weekend. It still looks brand new, despite the fact that I rarely wash it and have scraped it on granite repeatedly on trad climbs. (chimneys, slab, you name it). The color looks amazing in photos, and people always recognize me on climbs.
Pros: warm, very water resistent, wind resistent, durable, cute (cut nicely for athletic bodies), non bulky, very breathable, and a passport fits perfectly in the chest pocket!
Best combo: base layer, gamma mx, rainshell. If its raining or just REALLY windy, the rainshell really helps. I climb like this year round (on the west coast)
I'm tall and skinny - I have trouble fitting most clothes and arc'teryx is no different. It fits perfectly except the sleeves aren't long enough. If you are tall, size up. It can also get a bit warm in spring/when you are hiking hard.
For a bit lighter - epsilon sv hoody (for me a small)
