I have an older model (Gore XCR as opposed to Pro, in a discontinued colour) and it does not have as many pockets as the newer model, or the mens' jacket. I would love to have at least one more pocket (a Napoleon or a sleeve pocket)

Gortez and a great outer shell

make sure you wash it with a tech wash. Mine has started to leak water and the seam tape is coming off.
