Good Features
 I actually have the older Sub-3 that this model replaced but it's a solid lightweight fork that looks pretty damn nice with the straight blades.
Bad Features
 The epoxied in shim thing is a pain in the ass to put in and for those of us who frequently change frames virtually eliminates uses the fork on a later build.
Recommended Alternatives
 I've used alot, currently I have a Ouzo Pro on another bike, but the Alpha Q is my favorite.
