 | I have many old favorites, like Simpson's "Touching the Void" or Abbey's "Desert Solitaire".
Recent reads: Blehm's "The Last Season" was fascinating & entertaining; Winger's "Two Shadows" was inspiring, often funny & always engrossing.
How about you? What are you reading?

 | Right now I'm on "Beyond the Mountain" by Steve House, and finished "Kiss or Kill" by Mark Twight not long ago - what a difference in tone between the two mountaineering books!
Also have John Sherman's "Sherman Exposed: Slightly Censored Climbing Stories" on my list to read soon, to shmear some bouldering in between all the mountaineering books. I feel there are waay more mountaineering books to choose from than any other type of climbing.

 | Just finished Colorado 14neer disasters. Good stories and great lessons. Worst book I have ever finished, felt like I was reading high school English essays.
