I am planning on climbing the Full Exxum on the Grande Teton with double 50m ropes. I believe these are more than long enough for the rappel but was hoping someone could verify that.

Ya that's enough. I used a 60 m rope and a 60m 7mm cord.
If you are descending Owen Spalding the limiting factor is the 120 ft rap (~46 meters) so you'll need both ropes.
