I bought from them a few years back. I know ownership has changed but they treated me well then.

I've bought all sorta of climbing tackle from them and they've always been spot on. Once they sent my friend a brand new sealed DVD and there was no DVD inside. They promptly sent a new one without even waiting for a return of the case or anything. Must have been a factory mistake.
