Hey.
I live in Indianapolis and I have fallen in love with the bolted routes in Slade KY. I'm looking for someone who would like to meet me in KY to do some climbing. I'm still relatively new to climbing but I am comfortable climbing anything from a 5.6 to a 5.10. I am a stable minded safety conscious person. Any age, race or gender welcome. I am very laid back and easy to get along with. I have any and all gear needed to handle top rope and bolted routes. I even have an extra harness if you are new to the sport. I have a lot of friends but sadly, none of them are into hiking climbing nature etc... I am familiar wit the area and know where to camp and how to get to the routes. If you have ever been climbing in the RRG then you know about Miguel's. Miguel's pizza would be a great meeting place. I have often thought of just cruising down to Miguel's and hoping I could find a group that would be cool with me joining in but, it is a long drive for me and I don't want to take the chance. Plus I hope that I can find some really cool people to meet and climb with.

Hey Jason, I'm from Michigan and I'm one of the organizers of Rochester Outdoor Club (ROC). We're planning several trips in 2010 to Red River.
The first one is probably Cinco de Climo. It'll be the nearest weekend to 5/5/2010. If the weather doesn't hold up, we might move the trip up or down one weekend.
